Malbec Estate 7 is 6.7 acres (2.7 hectares) including a building site of 100 x 115 feet (30 x 35 meters) fully provisioned with underground utilities including potable water and electricity, plus broadband Internet access.  The vineyard on this estate is approximately 5.7 acres (2.3 hectares) of five-year old Malbec.  

Malbec Estate 5 is 3.0 acres (1.2 hectares) adjacent to Malbec Estate 7 with a building site of 60 x 100 feet (18 x 30 meters).  Water and electricity to the lot line, plus broadband Internet access.  There are two vineyards totaling 1.7 acres (0.67 hectares) of five-year old Malbec.  This estate also has several mature trees including a large Aguaribay, estimated to be over 100 years old, Alamos, Olive and Eucalyptus.  RESERVED.

Both of these amazing vineyards produced a gold medal winning wine from their first harvest in 2006.  Plus they are certified organic according to standards set by the USA, European Union and Argentina.

On each estate an English-speaking architect can design a private villa to your specifications and supervise construction by a reputable general contractor.  One popular design is a Mendoza-style villa of 2,800 square feet (260 square meters) with three guest rooms, a separate owner’s suite, gourmet kitchen, dining room, living area and library, wine cellar, spacious outdoor galleries, private swimming pool and a brick parilla for an authentic Argentine asado.

We offer high quality construction including granite counter tops, hand painted tiles, wood framed windows, brand name appliances.  Your custom-designed villa will be surrounded by vineyards and a nearby olive grove and fruit orchard with the Andes foothills in the background.  Malbec Estate 5 is also zoned for building a boutique hotel.
